BICA ARTIST RECIDENCY PROGRAM
The BICA Residency Program is designed to foster artistic innovation and cultural exchange in the vibrant border community of Calexico. Each year, we welcome three talented artists to immerse themselves in a four-month residency, providing them with the time, space, and resources to create, exhibit, and document their work.
